1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Ecofyx, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the applicable policies published by Ecofyx.

2. Purpose of the platform

Ecofyx is a platform for creating forms, checklists, operational routines, evidence records, alerts, feeds and results for management and follow-up.

3. User account

The user is responsible for the accuracy of registration data, credential confidentiality and activities performed through the account.

4. Acceptable use

The platform must be used lawfully and responsibly. The user must not attempt to bypass security, access third-party data without authorization or use Ecofyx for illegal content or activities.

5. Data and content

Data, photos, answers, files and operational records inserted by users remain under the responsibility of the account holder or contracting organization, subject to applicable law and contracted conditions.

6. Availability and changes

Ecofyx may evolve features, interfaces and plans to improve the product. Planned or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

7. Plans and billing

Commercial conditions, limits, cycles and payments follow the plan selected by the user or company. Specific terms may be shown at checkout or in the user plan area.

8. Limitation of liability

Ecofyx supports operational control and evidence organization, but each user or organization remains responsible for field execution, legal compliance, technical decisions and use of collected information.
